LogicTech s.r.o (“Finteca,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a platform for users to exchange fiat and digital currencies. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures regarding refunds, cancellations, and disputes related to transactions conducted through our service.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1. Eligible Transactions
Refunds are available for the following scenarios:
Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails due to technical issues, network congestion, or other reasons, we will refund the full amount.
Unauthorized Transactions: If an unauthorized transaction occurs, we will investigate and refund the affected user promptly.
2.2. Ineligible Transactions
The following transactions are not eligible for refunds:
Successful Transactions: Completed transactions where the cryptocurrency is successfully delivered to the user’s wallet/account. Considering the nature of virtual currency wallet addresses, the possibility to refund, re-enter or change a wallet address once a transaction is initiated is absent. Users are obliged to understand this and agree to the Refund Policy prior to initiating any transactions.
Third-Party Service Fees: We do not refund fees charged by third-party payment processors or wallet providers.
3.1. Requesting a Refund
Users can request a refund by contacting our customer support within 180 days from the transaction date. Provide relevant details, including transaction ID, user account email, and a brief explanation.
3.2. Refund Timeline
Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process. However, processing times may vary based on network conditions and third-party services.
4. Disputes and Resolution
4.1. Dispute Resolution
If a user disagrees with a refund decision, they can submit a dispute through our customer support. We will review the case and provide a resolution.
4.2. Chargebacks
Users are advised not to initiate chargebacks with their payment provider before contacting us. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Users acknowledge that our platform relies on third-party services for payment processing. While we strive to ensure a seamless experience, users are responsible for understanding and complying with the terms and conditions of these third-party services. We encourage users to review the relevant documentation provided by the third-party merchant.
